ABOUT
The mission of The WCLS is to inspire lifelong learning, advance knowledge, and strengthen Washington County.
The Washington County Library System is a federated library system made up of the 14 independent libraries in Washington County. Each library has its own board that is responsible for its governance, but they choose to work together to provide better library service for the entire County.
One of the ways that they work together is through WAGGIN, a shared catalog of over 750,000 items. Through WAGGIN, Washington County Libraries join forces with libraries in Greene and Fayette Counties to provide a bigger selection of items than they would otherwise.
